Where can I fish in the parks?: Catch-and-release fishing is allowed at River Road, Smith Creek, and Trails End Parks with a valid NC Fishing License.

1. Can I swim at any of the county parks?: Swimming is not allowed at any of the county parks except for the pool at Echo Farms Park.

2. Where can I launch my kayak?: We have launch sites at River Road, Smith Creek and Trails End Parks, and Pages Creek Park Preserve.

3. Where can I launch my boat?: Small motorized boats may be launched at River Road and Trails End Parks. Kayaks and non-motorized watercraft may be launched at River Road, Smith Creek and Trails End Parks, and Pages Creek Park Preserve.

4. Where can I fish in the parks?: Catch-and-release fishing is allowed at River Road, Smith Creek, and Trails End Parks with a valid NC Fishing License.
