COMMUNITY EMERGENCY ALERTING SYSTEM
Pursuant to G.S. 143-129.8, sealed Proposals addressed to Lena Butler, Purchasing Supervisor, New Hanover County Finance, 230 Government Center Drive, Suite 165, Wilmington, NC 28403 and marked “RFP- COMMUNITY EMERGENCY ALERTING SYSTEM” will be accepted until 5:00pm EST on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain services of a qualified technology vendor with proven expertise in mass notification systems to provide a comprehensive, integrated mass notification and communications system that can span across the County communications infrastructure coverage area, demonstrates interoperability, and meets outreach and sign-up benchmark capacity to support efficient and effective public warning and information sharing from the County and identified partners.
New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to make the award which will be in the best interest of the County.
