    Walk with Ease is an evidence based program designed by the Arthritis Foundation. This virtual six week self-guided program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. The program includes a self-guided workbook and Participants who register by the deadline will receive a free self-guided work book, water bottle, pedometer, cooling towel, and drawstring bag. Meets virtually on Zoom Wednesday mornings at 9:00am. Zoom links will be given prior to class starting.
